Faloria-Cristallo-Mietres
From Mount Faloria, even inexperienced walkers can descend toward the valley along an easy trail that seduces excursionists with its magnificent views and the fragrances and colours of the mountain. With a bit more effort hikers can reach the emerald-coloured Lake Sorapis, where white sand and vertical rock walls create an unforgettable scenery. For spectacular vertical thrills, try the challenging via-ferrata Sci Club 18. On the other side of Rio Gere, Mount Cristallo offers itineraries ranging from easy walks to challenging via-ferrata routes, such as the legendary Ivano Dibona and the Mario Bianchi. With lift facilities one can reach the impressive Forcella Staunies at 2.932m. The Mietres area, characterized by gentle meadows and forests, offers many beautiful bike routes.
