The summit of Piccolo Lagazuoi offers a stunning view of the 5 Torri, the most important climbing zone in the region, with 108 routes. The peak of Nuvolao (2.575m), famous for its breathtaking 360 degree panorama, is a popular destination among walkers looking for a relatively easy hike with great visual impact. These mountains are also home to an extensive First World War Open Air Museum.
The area offers high altitude walking routes across lunar landscapes and Dolomite peaks tinged with the characteristic shades of pink at sunset. Do not miss the hike to the enchanting Lake Federa, in which one can see the reflection of the magnificent Becco di Mezzodì.
