The Ciasa Ventejelo building, built in 1904 in the centre of Cortina, a stone’s throw from the Basilica SS. Filippo and Giacomo and the Town Hall, presents the typical features of the Tyrolean Ampezzo architecture of the time. On the second floor of the house there are two spacious apartments, equipped with all comforts and with balconies overlooking Corso Italia, used only for pedestrians, where folkloristic and cultural events are often organised and where there are many shops, boutiques, artisan workshops, restaurants and bars.

Guests will be given a pass which they can use to approach the rear of the house for loading and unloading.

OBSERVATIONS

1. The apartments are equipped with everything, including: television, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator.

2. Linen is not provided, the apartments are located on the 2nd floor and do not have a lift or private parking.

3. Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival/departure times to be respected are as follows: arrival after 5pm, departure before 10am
