The apartment is located on the first floor of a large villa with garden surrounded by an east-facing terrace.

Since the building, completely renovated, dates back to 1938, the ceilings are high and the rooms comfortable. The entrance opens into the corridor furnished with chests and two sideboards. From there, you enter the first bedroom with 4 beds: 2 single beds that can also be used as a double bed, and 2 bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. The washing machine is located in the bathroom entrance. In the second room, there is a double bed and in the third two single beds, convertible into a double bed, plus another bed. At the end of the corridor, you enter the living room which contains two sofas, a television and a table for 12 with a bench. Inside the bench there are table linens, in the chest of drawers there are plates and cutlery for 12. From the living room you enter the kitchen which is equipped with all appliances. There is a table with chairs on the terrace.

All residents have the right to use the garden, and each resident can park two cars. Our apartment has the right to park one car in the back (next to the entrance) and one in the front parking lot.

Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival/departure times to be respected are as follows: arrival after 3pm, departure before 10am.

For summer, Christmas and Easter a 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, refundable only in case of cancellation one month before the start of the reservation.
