Cryotherapy
The treatment involves placing the entire body in a cold chamber with temperatures ranging from -85°C to -100°C for between 3 and 5 minutes. Short-term cooling encourages a large number of positive reactions in the body due to the increased circulatory response of the blood and lymphatic flow.

Easy hike in the Ampezzo Valley, exploring the Cortina woods, Lake Federa and Forcella Ambrizzola, suitable for everyone, both with smartphones and cameras. Photographic techniques for sunset shots, with a prize for the best shot. The evening includes a dinner at Rifugio Croda da Lago with typical products and a post-production session.
