The completely renovated apartment is large and comfortable, it is located on the mezzanine floor of a 3-storey house and is accessed via 4 steps from a stairway shared by the other apartments. The house is located in a very scenic area – in front of the house there are no other houses so you’ll have a clear view of the entire Valle d’Ampezzo.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two singles and one double, two bathrooms and a living area consisting of a lounge and open-space kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer are installed in the hallway closet. A cellar is available for storing sports equipment. There is private parking for the block of flats with parking spaces always guaranteed for the residents.

The house is 1 km (seven minutes walk) from the historic centre of the town. The walk in the centre can be done by crossing a small road without access to cars, along the way you will find the departure station of the Monte Faloria cable car and the Corriere Station where you can take any transport to destinations/hikes.

About 100 meters from the house there is also a public transport stop (bus) that takes you to the centre and to the bus station from where you can connect to the rest of the country. From the house, you can be in the centre in a few minutes by car, or from the Pecol crossroads, you can head towards the Passo Tre Croci, Fiames and crossing the centre the Passo Falzarego and Giau.

From the house you can go on hikes on foot towards paths that in a few minutes lead to the woods and nearby destinations (Baita Fraina, Mandres, Mietres, etc…) or very quiet walks towards the Hotel Cristallo and Mietres.
