IN: Lagazuoi
More than one hundred years after the end of the First World War, historical re-enactors illustrate the events of the Great War on Mount Lagazuoi, the area of bitter fighting between the Italian and Austro-Hungarian armies, to give a tangible dimension to history.
The historical re-enactors wear a uniform to remember those who contributed to building peace, to express the wish that such wartime atrocities will not be repeated, to express the wish that knowledge of the recent past will not be lost.
Duration: approximately one and a half hours
Cost: the visit is free of charge
