I am a German Yoga-Coach, Fitness Trainer and Ayurveda-Wellness masseuse. I have been teaching yoga for more than 12 years and spent time on a spiritual yoga retreat in North India.

I do Yoga-Retreats, Online-Yoga and Personal Yoga.

In my yoga sessions, the focus is on breathing and moving consciously, becoming aware of yourself through movement, finding deep inner peace, and simultaneously recharging and feeling engergized. We practice this with calming breathing exercises, gentle body postures, and relaxation techniques.

Yoga is a mindful way of life and a philosophical teaching that includes not only physical but also mental well-being and positive thinking. Yoga is all about you—feeling yourself and finding your center.

Languages fluently: German, English, French and basic Italian
