Founded in 2020, Agricola Alidoro is a social enterprise dedicated to sustainable farming across more than 30 hectares in the areas of Cortina d’Ampezzo, Fonzaso and Montello. It employs regenerative and natural methods, avoiding the use of pesticides to ensure high-quality products that respect both the environment and human health.
The farm excels in the production of: mountain saffron: hand-picked at dawn, it is a pure spice also used to create cold-infused flavoured oils and honey;
fruit: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and other specialities, available for pick-your-own or processed into 100% organic juices and compotes; honey and extra virgin olive oil: various types of honey (acacia, chestnut, fir honeydew) and extra virgin olive oil.
Agricola Alidoro combines tradition and innovation, aiming for European organic certification for its processed products.
