HUSKY TREKKING
The fascinating world of Siberian huskies
In Cortina d’Ampezzo you can enjoy a one-to-one experience with sled dogs educated and trained by the ASD International Mushing Sleddog School.
The activity includes a two-hour group hike with the dogs properly harnessed and secured with a belt to the waist of each participant. Each group is accompanied by the instructors: Ararad Khatchikian and Monica D’Eliso, the only Italian mushers who have participated in international competitions and adventures in Alaska, Yukon, the European Alps, Iceland, Swedish and Norwegian Lapland.
Discover how this sport can make every walk much more fun. It is suitable for everyone, even children (aged 5 and up) and people with disabilities who will all enjoy spending time with the animals.
This activity must be booked and will not take place until the minimum number of participants is reached. In case of bad weather, an alternative day will be arranged.
