Since 2009, A Mountain of Books in Cortina d'Ampezzo is a hub of ideas, pages, and emotions in one of the most evocative places in the world.

A Mountain of Books brings together writers and readers in two annual festivals, in summer and winter, in the Dolomites. To inspire, entertain, and deepen understanding. The conversations at A Mountain of Books communicate the latest ideas in the arts and sciences to curious audiences, both live and digitally, in a dynamic exchange.

Since 2009, a fantastic adventure among authors has been taking place in Cortina d’Ampezzo: A Mountain of Books.

We have started to discover the fantastic program of our 33rd Edition, which takes place from December 6 to March 30. Review here the live presentation of the winter season.

From December to April, over a span of four months, we will return to our mountains.

With dozens of meetings with authors from around the world. A season of emotions, a unique adventure among the pages in the Alps.
