Yes, our Sun is very interesting.
At the Col Drusciè Astronomical Observatory, there is a solar telescope that allows the public to observe the Sun safely and admire phenomena of the photosphere: sunspots, granulation, prominences, etc...
Ticket €5 per person, free entry for children up to 6 years old.
In the morning, the Col Drusciè astronomical observatory can be reached by the Tofana - Freccia nel Cielo cable car from the center of Cortina, or by a 20-minute walk from Piè Tofana.
Open to the public from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, no reservation needed.
The observatory is open for observing the Sun only if it is clear.
