To celebrate Women's Day, the Siorpaes family of the Averau Refuge is organising a tribute to women and the Ampezzo Ladin gastronomic tradition.
During the dinner, on Saturday 8th March at the Averau Refuge, the artist Sonia Dainese will perform a classical harp concert.
This proposal is part of a series of events featuring a unique menu created for this occasion, available only from Friday 7th to Sunday, 9th March. An absolute highlight among the courses are the 'Casunziei', a sort of ravioli filled with beetroots, but with strange twist: the dish is cooked with the same ingredients in reverse order, thus it has a delicate pink colour.
