Ferragosto Dinner at the Capanna

As tradition goes, Rifugio Capanna Tondi invites you to a special evening to celebrate Ferragosto.
A unique dinner with mountain flavors, stunning views, and the magic of bonfires across the valley.

Wednesday, August 14th
Jeep ride up and down from Rio Gere

Evening menu:

• Fried porcini mushrooms with Piave “Stravecchio” fondue
• Carnaroli risotto with sausage, chanterelles, and smoked ricotta cream
• Braised pork cheek in Valpolicella wine with soft Storo polenta
• Yogurt panna cotta with fresh wild berries

After dinner, we’ll enjoy the traditional bonfires lighting up the valley before descending.
