Winter is a time of reflection and rebirth. It is the period when nature reveals itself in its purest essence, inviting us to a new beginning. And in this spirit, one of our main reflections has focused on the deep connection between what we eat and the spaces we inhabit.
Like food, architecture must evolve towards a more sustainable model, where humans, nature, and the environment collaborate to create a new concept of balance.
This is the philosophy that Genesis wants to share and it will unfold in the evocative setting of one of the villas in the Eni Village of Borca di Cadore.
The inaugural dinner will be led by Sebastian Jiménez, Head Chef of the Ræst restaurant in the Faroe Islands. Jiménez and his team skillfully combine modern culinary trends with the centuries-old culinary traditions of the Faroe Islands, using international ingredients and ancestral techniques to enhance the art of fermentation.
The next day, after a breakfast featuring products from Piccolo Brite, we will set off on an excursion through the beautiful Dolomites. The day will end with a dinner at SanBrite, a Michelin-starred restaurant with Red Michelin Star and Green Michelin Star, where we will have the opportunity to experience the cuisine of Chef Riccardo Gaspari, a true expression of our territory and its traditions.
To conclude our weekend, a special breakfast curated by Olivieri and a guided tour of the Colonia.
