A piano for everyone – Cortina d’Ampezzo plays together with the world
On November 9 and 10, 2025, the 1956-2026 Olympic Games Square in Cortina d’Ampezzo will be transformed into a large open-air stage.
A piano will be there, free and available to anyone who wants to share a melody, an emotion, a memory. You don’t need to be a concert pianist: just the desire to play something that comes from the heart.
This initiative, open to all, will be part of a documentary by Japanese television dedicated to the phenomenon of Street Piano, an international movement that brings people together through spontaneous and shared music.
Cortina will thus become the protagonist of a story that speaks of art, meeting, and harmony between cultures.
What will make the event even more special is the presence of a Japanese pianist, ready to perform and play together with anyone who wishes to share a unique musical moment, without language or style boundaries.
Sunday, November 9 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Monday, November 10 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Come to play, to listen, to experience the magic of music in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Let Cortina resonate with your notes: every touch, every chord, every smile will be part of a single, great collective melody.
A piano, a square, a thousand emotions. The keyboard is yours.
