Barbara is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic masseuse.
She has been collaborating in the Cortina area for several years in various facilities and wellness centres. Her project aims at a physical and mental improvement of the person ranging from 6 years to old age, through physical exercises, from simple to complex, set in nature and through guided breathing techniques, for lung improvement.
She will lead clients or patients towards a mental as well as postural re-education, to a rapprochement with nature and to appreciate the welcoming environment around them. She also carries out a nutrition project combined with breathing and the care of one’s organs, collaborating with local cooks and nutritionists.
Spoken Languages: basic English and basic German.
