Rifugio Pomedes

Description

The Rifugio Pomedes, located in the Tofane group, is an exclusive corner from which to admire the enrosadira and feel one step from the sky.

Run since 1956 by the Ghedina “Bibi” family, it offers a warm and welcoming environment in mountain style.

Ruggero Ghedina, ski instructor and chef of the mountain hut, offers genuine and above all healthy dishes, as he defines them. The super energetic skier’s dish based on Ampezzo potatoes and speck is particularly popular. And for those who want to stay lighter without sacrificing the strong flavours of tradition, try the grilled vegetables accompanied by grilled cheese or the special spinach dumplings.

Don’t miss the flavoured grappas at the end of a meal.

The mountain hut offers 9 rooms with 40 beds and 9 dormitories.
