The departure is from the bike rental point at the valley station of the Cortina Bike Park Dolomiti, in Socrepes, at the foot of the Tofane. Here, 2 km from the centre of Cortina, on the road to the Passo Falzarego, you can leave your car in the large parking lot and get on your bike. The Cortina Bike Park Dolomiti, on this side, offers many flow routes with jumps, parabolic curves and traced lines in a range of levels of difficulty. The "Ride in Cortina" mountain bike guides can provide important support both to beginners for a correct approach to the discipline, and to experienced riders to improve their riding technique. There are many possibilities for mountain biking in the Tofane area, including the descent from the Rifugio Duca d'Aosta to the Rifugio Dibona, or even the Fedarola mountain cottages and along the stretches of the ski slopes of the World Cup races. After exploring the Bike Park, you can descend from Col Druscié (where the Tofana - Freccia nel Cielo cable car is located) to Pié Tofana, passing near the delightful heart-shaped In Po' Druscié lake and the Crepe de Cianderou, a particular rocky formation overlooking the Valle del Boite. Climb towards the Passo Posporcora on the left (1,700 meters) and then speed along the steep descent towards Ponte dei Cadoris. From here in a short time you’ll reach the spectacular Cascate di Fanes: it is advisable to leave your bike and visit them by walking and via a small via ferrata that leads to the jump of the rio Fanes. It is advisable to have your via ferrata kit with you. Get back on your bike and continue towards Pian de Ra Spines, where you take the cycle path leading back to Cortina.
