The Scoiattolo Food Truck was born from the dream of the Alberti family to offer special moments thanks to the magical association between simple, genuine and quality dishes with the breathtaking landscape of our Dolomites.
As everyone knows, mountain food has a special flavour! Our Food Truck is a modern reproduction of the historic Citroen Type H: one of the most original vehicles on the road since 1947.
Our Truck follows the Dolomite stages of the Giro d’Italia every year, sporting events such as Sella Ronda Bike Day, Dolomites Bike Day, La Sportiva Lavaredo Ultra Trail, etc. In the past we also had the pleasure of collaborating with Fiorentina Calcio.
We also operate as a catering service at parties and private homes, birthdays, bachelor parties and graduation parties, charity, sports and amateur events. We take care of organising the whole event: in addition to our food, we bring lights, pillows, blankets, braziers, mushrooms, tensile structure… and much more, with the aim of creating a unique environment.

At our Truck you’ll find simple authentic cuisine, linked to the tradition of the mountain area. Here you can taste the wines of the historic Polvaro Estate in Annone Veneto, an ideal place for the growth and yield of vineyards, thanks to the microclimate that forms from the encounter between the foothills in the distance and the sea located 20 km away, and during the themed evenings the different versions of Gin Kapriol, the historic product of the Distilleria dell’Alpe, consisting of well over 15 botanicals, as well as its grappas and bitters.
We want everyone to visit us to feel at home, so we are organised to meet everyone’s needs: in fact, here you will find gluten-free products and vegetarian and vegan menus.
